"harvest" in this context is not the season but the yields. "hasil tanaman" is what the translation in the video is but the specific term is "tuaian". Also I looked up in the dictionary and reunion is "penyatuan". "Perpaduan" has the same meaning as "penyatuan", I guess it's okay but it got the patriotistic nuance.
