Matt is very lucky, because he is one of the biggest hypochondriacs on the planet, except.... he doesn't seek treatment, nor does he consider his many illnesses to be an obstacle. The fact that he considers all these illnesses and conditions to be a valuable part of his persona, is kinda what makes him entertaining. At this point, Matt seems to genuinely believe that he has Autism and Epilepsy, but also believes that these conditions contribute to his abilities, such as remote viewing and some undefined level of clairvoyance.

Sounded vaguely "metalic" and "crystalline". Very strange and difficult to describe but kinda cool as well, I think this may be a related neural phenomenon
