Try to get in and out of this house would be a nightmare. 2 lanes going straight to the parking with no room to turn. You either have to back your car in from the entrance or try real hard not to hit the wall if 2 cars park next to each other.

Beautiful villa. Really amazing. Decent price point. Looks a little bit “in the middle of nowhere” but that might be part of the appeal for some.

Very nice property like the pool and patio out on to the pool reminds me of the place i had in spotts bay area on grand cayman in 1994 which was similar but with 200 feet beach as well. Nice presentation you did on that property very kinda beach feel to it. lt would look good on beach for that kinda property with a private beach area. Its too good to be where it is as its very much like the beach house I had. Lovely presentation.

@@jirapropertythailand 150k THB pm month? Really? That is too much... If the property is for sale at 25m THB then a 5% yield is 1.25m THB a year, so 104k THB per month. If you say 150k THB per month then that is a yield of almost 7.5% a year, which is very unrealistic for HH in Thailand.... Even properties in London, UK don't make 7.5% yield a year.

The disappointment for me with these villas at these investments is the furniture and the quality of the wardrobes and cupboards. Cheap wood, terrible sofa.

You can’t own land in Thailand. Don’t believe anything any realtor tells you. Get an independent lawyer , don’t get burned and tricked into losing big.

@@nils4409 you CAN buy land up to one rai (ok, it's not possible for this villa) IF you invest at least one million $/€. or you can leas the land, soon up to 99 years. that's more the livetime and nearly the same as to buy. and whether they like it or not. it is legally permitted to set up a company and buy land. preferably, of course, this is done with a lawyer and not with a private individual.

@@biglakeside I think it was planned to offer this 1 mio$ thing but it was cancelled. If not please provide evidence. Anyway who would do such thing if you can rent for a few bucks? Oversupply of villas in Thailand... 99 years lease not decided. 25 years ago a british dude approached me in Patong beach and told me I should lease a villa now (from his company of course) because soon foreigners will be able to buy land and the leasehold villa can be transfered to freehold... :)
