If the board/owners don’t back Monty very soon, he will be gone in my opinion. They cannot sit on the fence any longer, Just back him, if he is deffo the right man, take the flack from the punters. The board might have given him the last 5 games to prove his worth, maybe not. We as fans NEED the outcomes of the club review communicated almost as soon as they have been completed. Cards on the table Hibs, and don’t waste time manoeuvring in the back ground.

We've struggled in Dingwall for a long time with multiple managers. A lot of it comes down to us relying on the majority of a squad that doesn't seem to fancy it when we go there and I'm starting to think that some of our players have managed to pull the wool over a lot of supporters' eyes with how much they're still highly regarded despite playing consistently shite with the odd decent performance.

Completely disinterested in hibs just now. Just laughed when I heard Ross county had scored a late winner against us. This is the problem - fans not caring anymore and nothing coming from the club to give us a reason to start caring again. Montgomery is up there with my worst hibs managers and I don’t see him being able to change that.

The second goal more abject for me. You also had Hanlon selling himself to a big huddy doing a spin, so a shocking pass by the keeper compounded by panic level defending. Rocky has to just do the basics, not sure what he's trying to do at all. Was an absolute gift he presented Murray with. The rest of the performance wasn't good enough. I'd be moving Monty on but replacing him with another prospect is not the answer. Aberdeen have made a solid appointment why can't we? Are we an inferior club to them? Regardless has three games left to rescue something out of this very poor season, poor in cups and zero marquee wins except by Johnson at home to Luzern.

It just seems like your squad is really shit. You guys are playing in the top tier of scottish football and you have players like Wollacott making simple mistakes and throwing the game. It doesn't matter which manager you have until you get rid of the Director of Football who's making all these dogshit signings.
