Shams ji, I have been a great admirer of you & your channel but today I have been disappointed by wrong historical facts presented in this video. Kashmir is named after Kashyap rishi, so it will be wrong to say that Kashmir was built/founded only 700 years ago by a Muslim ruler. Secondly, there were many blunders made as a result of conspiracy between Nehru and Sheikh Abdullah which have been responsible for major problems of Jammu and Kashmir till date. It is due to these scams only that people like Mehbooba, Mufti's, Abdullah's and other seperatisits are able to spit venom of hatred against India. Moreover, the citizens of J&K were decided on the basis of a cut off date of 1944 whereas the article 35a was passed in 1954 and this happened with the consent of so called great visionary called Nehru. Also, you missed to mention that article 370 was a temporary clause since its inception and thus it wasn't the result of any conditions of its accession with India. It was a fraud with the people of India and Kashmir. Nehru was even opposed by Mr B R Ambedkar before making article 370 a part of the Constitution of India. And article 35a was enacted directly by way of a Presidential Order by pressuring Dr Rajendra Prasad and the same was not even discussed with the then Cabinet of ministers. It was Nehru who went to UNO for resolution of Kashmir issue, under the guidance of a foreigner named Mountbattten, despite the Indian Forces advised/requested him to wait for few more weeks to regain control over the whole of Jammu & Kashmir and resolve the issue completely in favour of India. And this only one of the many major blunders by Nehru. I hope you will take a notice of the above facts as per my knowledge and make suitable updates in the above stated History of Kashmir after verifying these facts at your end.

Yeah it seems he is misinformed about the Kashmir problem. But we are nobody to judge whether Nehru made a blunder or not. Remember that was 1947. The situation of our country was very different then. Even our army was still being controlled by the British. So was the Pak army. The British didn't want to fight against each other. India was just a recently formed country. There were several problems in front of it. It was not the powerful country that it is today. It is very easy to sit in 2019 and blame Nehru. But remember that he went to UN after fighting with Pak for about 2 years. Remember that it is the same Nehru who made Maharaja Hari Singh accede J&K to India. Else today no part of J&K would have been with India.

@@pvj8578 PV J sir you're correct the country was in different position at that time but still was much more powerful thn newly formed Pakistan. A leader becomes great legend by his conviction and the forthcoming decisions he makes. When you call Nehru 'a great leader' we should nvr think of his compulsions or inabilities. Either call him a weak or incompetent leader or don't count the difficulties he had to deal with, he was not the only one who dealt with such difficulties look at the other leaders in the west who resolved some of the most complex issues that's why they are called 'Great'. And let me tell you he didn't force Hari Singh to sign the treaty with India. Hari Singh himself approached India for the merger of Kashmir. Don't forget half of the Kashmir was already lost (which should've nvr been the case bcoz Kashmir was always our part culturally or geographically), it was his immature leadership due to which Pakistan occupied half of our land.
