I like the concept of not making decisions the same day. I just told someone to "let me get back to you" vs "sure". And after just 10 minutes of thinking about it further, I'd rather not. I'm going to continue to let it marinate, but it feels good knowing whatever I decide to do will be what I truly want to do vs. people pleasing. Great episode! 👏🏾

He’s a man that’s quick to listen and slow to speak that’s all.
First 20 mins of this interview 2 mins Tripp, 18 Samia. Would like to hear from the brotha more.
❤ I love a man that is real with himself and others
He needs his OWN Podcast...If He Does NOT Already..... HE!!! ✊🏿 Already Has SOOOOO Many Followers.
Great episode! Tripp is absolutely fantastic. What a wonderful man. Samia what I've been noticing while getting into your content is you tend to over ask questions. Your questions are great but you always add your perspective or why you're asking what you're asking and you don't need to do that. Especially since sharing your perspective can persuade the person's response. I'm sure that never happened with Tripp. But I think you should just ask a question and stop right there and let the person answer.
"No one is entitled to listen to how u feel, that's a courtesy" "A lot of men do a lot of emotional labor that goes overlooked"
"Rest isn't something I have to earn."
THIS MAN !!
I just purchased his book two days ago!! Wow! Your guest are always so aligned with my journey. I love this podcast & Sexual Essentials!!! I know it's not at all about me; it just feels like a personal gift to me every time I receive a notification.

Great interview… Tripp is a wise man!
This episode was really enlightening. I follow Tripp and this is probably the most insightful I have experienced him.
This guy Tripp always dropping gems 💎
I think 80-90% of time when a person has to think about it, the answer is no.
Loved this episode and Samia was looking so lovely per usual. I find it important to mention that in regards the comment about not expecting your male partner to take on your emotions. Although it's notable, people that have empathy can and often will emotionally mirror your feelings out of concern for you. And one should look for that if empathy is important in your connections.
This is a beautiful man. Physically for certain 😏 but his mind and emotional intelligence. My goodness. His lady is lucky.

I enjoyed this episode. Great points! Loved the authenticity , chill factor, laughter, and swag! I can relate to all of it!
I enjoyed this so much. It’s so nice to get a male perspective on things. Thanks for the knowledge
I love him. He always had something solid to say!
Great episode babe!! Really love how you walk and live in your truth, very admirable 🫶🏽
first watch of this channel love it already having the guest you do plan on watching more
Wonderful discussion 👏🏽! Made my week..I needed this!
I been getting on the Tripp wave so it’s ironic he popped up on your podcast w/ me also being on a Samia wave . So many gems dropped and love the collab and will deff look into his book . Hope y’all do a BTS or something for it to give a visual
She did however, I enjoyed her story. I take anything I can learn from. ❤❤❤
Absolutely loved this discussion ❤
Great episode, & great insight!
I watch the show out of order and each episode provides me what I need at that time ❤️ you chose the PERFECT title for this podcast.
This was a beautiful conversation
Please can you allow your guests to speak. I love to hear Tripp speak and was excited to hear him speak at length. Im afraid I gave up with the interview. I mean no disrespect, just feedback
Thank you ❤️
I absolutely enjoyed this episode ! Gotta love our BLACK men and the way they think and articulate themselves is a beautiful thing to hear ! Also Heavy on the depth being necessary and a focus in every space. But salute and thank you both for providing depth, perspective and all around enlightenment on the things that should be normalized from therapy, to boundaries, self discipline and overall communication. Okayy because don’t let a Robber 😂 bring any negativity your way or cause you to minimize the self work being done (the “you’re a robber” comment still has me weak) !
Cheating is unethical non monogamy. Many see any form of non-monogamy as being the same. So "ethical" is added to differentiate.

Such beautiful spirits ❤
I love Tripp on “tonight’s conversation” he’s comes off super deep but I’m finding that when he’s in a conversation with someone who’s truly intellectual, he comes off as a little insecure and not really saying anything. It’s super interesting.

“You’re a robber”🤣🤣🤣 had me crying
Tripp seem like he HIGH!🤣🤣🤣
They talking really DEEP soulful Life STUFF
I think Tripp thinks Kevin Samuels shitted on women only and that's not true. This shows he didn't consume his content. This man is a tiger for those who watched Kevin's content knows what that means. And that's why his take on relationships is fluid. His by no means dumb but I do think he operates in slight ignorance considering his opinions are tied directly to his ability to not be attached to anything like the concept of love or leading a person let alone a society because he doesn't attach himself to societal standards and norms. Hence....fluid. Main objective is survival and self- preservation. He'd rather not take on the responsibility which is why interdependency is the term he used.
You was supposed to ask him if you was a good listener.
I'm sorry but, the host talked more than the guest, my goodness! I had to fast forward, and every time I did, she was still talking...smh.

This reminds me of UNITY, by Queen Latifa, "who you calling a B****" when women dont give men play, so yeah it goes for both genders not just females, females get called all kinds of names
You should of kept this one going. Good conversation as always
What does Tripp mean by he's " Fluid " ??

probably means he doesn’t try too hard to control things. Lets things take their own form. Doesn’t conform to what’s been laid out for us.
