    Im not sure why people are throwing their decisions here. This is a podcost worth 1000 dollars and you cannot imagine how many years of experience is just shared in couple of minutes. If you dont understand the concepet and dont want to invest. Who cares ? Is it neccessary to shout out your decisions in comments ??? Laiq bhai i dont have words to appricate your work and the effort you are doing to educate this illitrate nation (sorry for critisism)😢😢😢😢

    REET stocks are a good option to take exposure in the real estate sector. Stock investment is always done in the shape of a portfolio. Today's interest rates are high, so exposure in reets should be low. Once interest rates will go below 15%, then increase exposure.

    DCR's Dividend Yield is in single figure. Why would someone be attracted to this when risk-free instruments are offering an annual yield of more than 20%

    You are absolutely right... But the problem is that you are comparing it with risk free government bonds... Although they are risk free but their return depends on interst rate which is bound to come down in coming months. DCR is more comparable to normal properties... Where as normal properties pay 3 to 4 percent yearly rental return, DCR is way better at almost 10% dividend yield... It is also very stable at psx so the down side is low hance the risk and han e the return.

    @@confirmjannati grr is actually selling the apartments to customer. So when the project is complete and all of it is sold then there is no further business proposition. It will get delisted and all the shareholders will get their capital back

    I dnt understand why are they promoting REITs of Pakistan? They have the lowest dividend yield. After investing Rs 27000, u will get Rs 950 as dividend after 3 months and if u are a filer u will get Rs 800 after every 3 months on investment of Rs 27000 (2000 shares). It's useless in my experience.

    Do you know how much rent you get from 10 crore house per months ? It’s approx around 300k per month. Which is less than 3% per annum. Don’t compare DCR dividend with Psx companies. Compare it with real estate.

    13% is dividend yield of DCR based on last 4 quarters. They have paid 1.8 rs per share dividend since last 4 quarters whereas the price of stock is approx 13 rs. Just compare with any home / shop rental with cost and see what yield are you getting.

    Why they are taking loan from conventional bank and meezan bank taking 3 tower which show islamic So this is not Halal to invest as they are taking loan from conventional bank.
