So glad to see you interview Jane. I was so thrilled when I found that she had opened a yarn store. It was so needed in Sioux Falls. I love stopping in to see what new things she has brought in.

What a lucky little boy to have you as his knitting teacher! Can't remember my last dream, but a dream of mine would be to take one of your knitting classes someday.

Great episode! I loved seeing Jane’s favorite knits. I would have loved a tour of her store. If I make to Sioux Falls, I will definitely make a stop there.

Great chat. So many fabulous pattern ideas, I don’t know where to begin. Others may get ideas looking at Ravelry, but I much prefer watching a KZread channel.

Cori I have to tell you how much I enjoyed this podcast. Jane is lovely and it was so good to see patterns by some different designers. I have knit patterns by Marie Green and we are fortunate to have a similar club here in NZ with Wardrobe Toolbox run by Libby Jonson who did a collaboration with Marie a few years ago. If I lived in the area I would certainly be a regular in Jane’s shop. I did enjoy test knitting your Pretty Boxes sweater and am excited for the striped sweater and a vest also coming. Many thanks.

I used to watch Libby's podcast. I had to start the sweater over several times because it just wasn't what I wanted but ;ast week I started over for the fourth time and it was the charm. Knit for 5 days straight on vacation so now I'm moving along.

I think it is great that you are teaching a little boy to knit. One of my grandsons asked persistently for me to teach hime to knit when he was very young. I taught him when he was 6, and he picked it up quickly. I helped him knit a hat and mittens for one of his girl cousins, with me doing the parts that were a little too advanced for him. He is now 16 and too busy with sports and school to knit, but I really think he will come back to it some day. I am thankful that when I dream of my husband they are always happy dreams,; but when I wake up i miss him again. My husband and I met in summer school in the Black Hills, so South Dakota has a special place in my heart.

Hi Deb, I can't imagine waking up from dreams of your husband, of course, you would immediately miss him. Think of you often. Cori

Loved this interview - makes me want to hop in the car and visit her store. Count me another dp knitter. No matter how many times I try magic loop, I still don't like it. 2 circs are sometimes better for the top of a sleeve, but dps are always the fastest. So glad I'm not the only one!

Wow Kayla, I spent my first five years in Conde and very few people know where that is. My grandparents and aunt and uncle lived in Aberdeen so we spent time there too. Thanks for commenting. Cori
