I have more to learn with this device for sure. It has a powerful sequencer and some really fun performance features. I can't say it is the be all, end all of samplers, but it should be fun, and it has a built in mic. All samplers should have a built in mic. What do you think about the EP? And I noticed no fader knob, whys that?

The fader knob didn’t fit, and I’ve heard of fader issues so I didn’t want to force it, but I’ve got some ideas on how to get it on. As to the EP, I like it more now that I’ve had it a few days and have settled into the workflow. It’s easy to use, it’s fun, and the punch in fx are a great performance tool. But, it’s just not a very deep machine as far as sample manipulation goes. Even if they can’t implement a resample feature, it would go a long way if each group could be routed to a different effect. Also, I wish I didn’t have to hold down a pad while sampling because it makes it really hard to sample an instrument that requires 2 hands. Mine works fine, but as I alluded to earlier, plenty of people have complained about quality control issues. If not for the QC problems it’d be a great device at the price point.
