Just wanted to give a big thank you to one of your tech guys Shannon. He could not have more helpful fixing a self inflicted problem with on line order of 11th edition. It is employees like him that get me to grab a box of Hornady instead Sierra or Nosler. Thanks again Shannon.
Seth, don't sell yourself short - the podcast wouldn't be the same without you. You are definitely part of the reason people watch. Cheers!
Love these stories of how a business became what we know it today. Talk to any small business owner who has been successful at some level and their is always a similar story. I know because I have my own story about my own business. Small business owners are the reason this country has changed the world. Hornaday is just one very good one of many. Congrats.
I manufacture many things for Hornady and it’s an honor to be a part of Hornady’s success!
Congratulations, Hornady. What a success story. Hopefully, there will be many more successful opportunities for Team Hornady

Seth, thanks for having Steve and Jason Hornady on your podcast this week. The Hornady family has done great things for America, the shooting industry, and advancement of ballistic science. I’m so proud that Hornady Manufacturing represents us (Americans) on the world stage of excellence in this science!

Thanks so much!
Absolutely love these guys, the personalities and sense of humor, knowledge, wisdom etc.
Sounds like a great place to work. When is Hornady going to start making primers? Would love to see that
Steve Hornady is one sharp cat ! He knows how to put the puzzle together. Really like the give back way of life. Always great podcast
The electric trolling motor was invented by O.G. Schmidt in 1934 in North Dakota. He took a starter motor from a Ford Model A, added a flexible shaft and a propeller, and voilà! The trolling motor was born. When he mounted the small motor on a boat it was instantly clear that this was a game changer. It didn’t take long for anglers around the world to discover the benefits of the trolling motor and production demands skyrocketed as it quickly became a standard on most all fishing boats. The company he started still manufactures some of the world’s best trolling motors to this day.
It's wonderful to hear the stories.
I worked for a family company for 40 yrs, also worked union and non-union jobs before that, it was great to be able to walk into the owners office if need be with ieas or issues, had to have your ducks in a row, but, they welcomed input, and they were not scared to invest back in the business and employees, and they made efforts to keep employees in the downturns and reward them when things were good. That is an environment that is a statement in itself. Lots of things they did for employees they didn't have to do, it was appreciated, lots of long term employees and a get'er done attitude.
Yep ‼️💯 You're doing a good job brother 🤙 I don't know if it was your idea to do the Podcasts; So whomever should be credited, it is well deserved. The Hornady podcast is one of my top 5, that I subscribe to and anxiously await.🤙

@@hornady Right back attcha 🤙😎
Interesting insight of the past history of Hornady. Kind of interesting that you Seth had a better look at the future than Steve or Jason.
Interesting dynamics in this podcast. Let’s just say, I recognize a strong personality when I see one. A lot of people want to criticize Hornady for their innovation, marketing and drive, but that’s the way to compete and grow in this environment. Congrats to 75 years and many, many more.
Looking forward to more decades of Hornady innovation, industrial and community support. 🇺🇸❤️ Red Empire 💪🏼
Boy with that haircut Seth here sure is a lot of red showing following Steve's closing comments. Nice show
Be nice to hear of any insights or memories of the prior relationship with Speer.
Oh yeah baby!!! Can't wait to hear about the innovation.
🎈🥳 Congratulations! 🎀🎁
Since its your 75th year how about a re-release of Steve Hornady's favourite calibre the 300RCM in collaboration with a rifle company befitting 75 years of excellence 😁😁👍👍
Ha ha ‼️ I like Ol'Steve 😂 I think Jason is awesome as well and I can see, they are a great balance for each other 😎
Excellent informal podcast. Not many companies could provide this intimate and interesting sort of discussion
It is cool for them to say that to you 😎🤙
Please release a bonded version of Precision Hunter

I’m with you but on a previous podcast Jayden basically said if you want a tougher bullet than eldx for hunting, get a CX.

They have said in the past that the bonding process creates jacket issues that create dispersion problems I am sad about the .264 129 interbond being gone from the lineup
My party invite got lost in the mail. I would like Jason to take us out on the town for retribution 😊
Great podcast

🤠 As a Montana Boy, I Want to Hear Steve's Montana Goat Huning Story From Last Year? 🤷♂️
Ok, fill us in, who played the company picnic?
Too bad I'm attending the Ohio Suppressor Fest the same day, or I'd drive the 10 hours to attend.

A Two Stoke Outboard motor would not be pleasant inside a building. I don't knew when electric trolling motors came to be.
Sad to hear the GD on here.
Yep. The Brass was a good move 🤙💯 Now I need to be able to purchase Hornady Primers ‼️Powder would be nice also, but I realize that's a big deal.
These are the 2 clowns that almost ruined 75 years of history by attempting to mandate the poke on all their employees. Good thing they caved into pressure from their customers.

And i don't know anybody who regrets not getting it, unlike many who did get it.
When ya coming out with a 200gr .323 ELD X or M??? Are ya to afraid to compete with Nosler 200gr CC's, 200gr partitions and accubonds???
Very disappointed in my ammo ive bought from ya with more then one cartridge with big number loss. 24 to 26inch barrels not pleased letting ya know im getting better posted velocities out of federal box ammo then urs and better out of remington then urs winchester velocities in the 6.8 western is pretty much on point vs urs wonna keep selling ur ammo to others better get on the ball here were starting to pay for other brands vs urs
75 Years of not making enough ammo in basic calibers because we put out time into making neiche obsure ammo
These are the guys that price gouge everyone. Stop the excuses lower the costs of bullets and supplies. Get A.I and robotics so cost go down. Sick of bullets being greater than 15 bucks for 20 rifle bullets.
