EP 12 - SQUID FISHING - Crispy Fried Calamari Recipe (Amazing Water) | Catch n Fry

In this Episode, I take the boat out and discover new places to explore. I try my luck for squid in a bunch of beautiful locations but can't seem to catch any. Finally I bag 2 squid and cook them up on the boat with a delicious deep fried calamari recipe. I saw heaps of ocean life and had incredibly clear water while out filming over the past few weeks. Hope you guys enjoy this episode! See you soon...

Yamashita make a really good how to video on catching squid. It is in Japanese but it does have subtitles. Using a similar technique to what they use, I massively increased the amount of squid I caught. I’d recommend Yo-Zuri Squid Jigs as they seem to be the best quality and catch the most squid (however they tend to be a bit pricey) Always love seeing people enjoying Catching squid as it is my favourite form of fishing. Great Vid mate and good luck in all future squid sessions.

Pure paradise! The water was crystal clear and we saw dolphin! Gorgeous ocean. That drone footage is insane! I wish you made more frequent videos, like 3 times a week

Hey Nick just wanted to say that I really appreciate the time you take to set up each of your shots. I know you have to set up your drone each time you are fishing and it really highlights how much you care about the quality of your videos. It also shows us as viewers just how breath taking the area you're in actually is. I live in the desert area of Texas and seeing areas like this blow my mind.

Some long forgotten wise man, (or wiseacre,) said "A bad day of fishing beats a good day of working." The calamari looks delicious! Throw in something like a Shiner Bock and that's a gourmet meal.

Mate the best one yet, the camera footage from on the water and above could be award winning. Such Drama and tranquil waters Now just on the down low on the K 5 I hope your not in trouble for dinting the tinny and for shredding the rim. I’m sure a panel beater or a rubber mallet might push that dint out without much trubs.. can’t wait for your next adventure nick . Regards Mich.
