The greatest take away from Ramzzy is to know yourself and move with the seasons. Change is inevitable after all, so no point in getting stuck or stagnating in one position. Keep moving
Ramah en shiko are the peeps that made me love watching you tube whatever happened hope God can restore😔🙏
I love what he said about masculinity, the society tries to portray men who care about their loved ones and secure them as "kukaliwa chapati". But if you ask me, nothing manlier than a man who can stand in strength for you and take care of you when you are most vulnerable, eg in childbirth and a man who loves and shelters his family is top tier. THAT is honourable masculinity.
Great conversation! Would highly recommend the book "12 habits holding women back"by Marshall and Sally and one of the habits which I did for a long time was " expecting others to spontaneously notice my contributions". Reading that book was a gamechanger and a catalyst for how I navigate the Corporate world now.

I agree, this generation we are throwing away the boots without giving each other time of growth. Life phases etc we end up wishing we were patient with each other.
Awesome pod, I have a take on why relationships don't last long these days and it's because we don't pick the right people for us i.e., we need to share alot of our most important values. There's a research on this look it up

Very informative. I like the interview, Cate I like your English. To Ramah I use to be there fan back then, It's so sad I'm learning about their separation today. Otherwise I wish them well. I live in Mombasa and now I understand it's not laziness but the weather.

If you want this channel to grow interview people like I am Marwa, eve mungai, thee pluto, njugush, miss Trudy, Eric omondi etc. Ramah is my boy but alikua benten wa a woman who was severely damaged but knew how to fake it.
