What do you say ? This ic tea1716tboard burn internal hbc driver without advise , I replace one and 24 hslater I have the same trouble . You can say me the posible wrong parts or its only the Ic fails Thank you in advance.

@@FixitStep thanks ca888 is module to replace power supply 21" max but i will to explain me ic tea1716 ,the problem is over voltage the ic is very hot but is good ,give me solution
