I wasn‘t a fan since their debut, but i remember that i found him so cute and pretty. I recently got to know more about them, and when i saw him again i was like „what? When did he became so handsome? Where is the cute face?“ 😅

Yup! I've never commented about this bc I never know what's behind the scenes but Beomgyu just confirmed my suspicion! Of course, they go on diets to be healthy but they don't do any of that nonsense about eating less that I've seen and heard.

They said that young people like them (refering to txt and iland) to eat alot since they're still in their growing period

They are very strict to food back then as far I can remember and they only tone it down from late 2015-2016. I am glad they did that but still with limitations that idols know themeselves.

@Qistina Hud Beomgyu and Taehyun said they don't eat much, but that's just because they're people who prefer not eating a lot, not dieting. Soobin once said sometimes they're asked to lose weight but they're not given a specific diet they're allowed to choose how they want to lose weight. Generally I think they're not made to diet unless they gain a huge amount of weight. (The vlive where Soobin talked about having to lose weight, it was in the context of him gaining a lot after coming back from the American tour, I think it was 6-9kg, I can't remember exactly)
