Ep 1 Ramadan Preparation 2024🌙Homemade Halwai Style Samosa Recipe
Homemade Mini Samosas
Ingredients
Samosa Dough:
This dough makes 16 mini samosas, 8 medium samosas or 4 big samosas.
Plain flour 1 cup
Samolina (suji) 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Ajwain (carom seeds) 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water for kneading
Filling:
Boiled potatoes 2-3 small
Onion 1 very small size, chopped
Fresh Coriander 2 tbsp chopped
Green chili 1 sliced
Lemon juice 1/2 to 1 tsp - optional
Salt to taste
Chili flakes 1/4 tsp
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Chat masala 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 pinch
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tsp crushed
Ajwain 2 pinches
