I don't think they switched sides from The8 to Kazuha because they thought he wouldn't win, I think it's because they were embarrassed at how competitive/stubborn he was being, wanting to compete until the end. The8 loves challenging himself and it probably wasn't any disrespect to Kazuha but his pride made him try. The other members probably wanted him to let it go because 82cm is already a hard height and Kazuha passed it pretty easily, but Eisa wouldn't give up.

He's really like that. I remember when he's still in Wanna One, he takes very good care of his members like a parent, also he's really neat in his surroundings.

i agree, both he and Kazuha could at least go down to 80. But he stopped to not let her suffer. I think that girl fromFromis9 also could have done lower. she was so stable. just show how they all are aware, this isn't really a competition, it's a variety show, so making it fun is more important than winning
