That’s a really good representation of the EOTech reticle. It’s fuzzy when you see it first. I thought mine was broke. But the second I focused on the target, it became super crisp

Adjust the brightness on it i though the same thing but I turned it down and it became super crisp even if I focus on the dot

Yeah on holographic sights or red dots you should always focus on the target and not the dot

Idk. Looking through a Exps2-0, its noticeably a cleaner reticle than my 3-0. I think Eotechs QC for emitters just sucks. Not to say that if I focus on the target it doesn't clean up well. It does. I just have to fiddle fuck with the brightness to optimize the image. Never had to do that with the 2-0.

I’m trying to think of the guys who I have this camera mount and they were using the camera in the mount on the LPVOs Optics I’m gonna look it up real quick I can probably find it but it was amazing the quality I’ve even seen people I have their iPhone amount for their iPhone they did not have to get Close and and I believe this was a while ago the lady they were let letting her shoot a 50BMG oh and she’s never done it before and she was nailing everything with the iPhone connected to the optic but that was years ago not saying you can’t do that still but they have you have to have the right now and these guys had a really good Mount you could see everything it was an LPVO with that switch you put on your hand guard to where you can site it in from the show one power I can’t remember if it was a 1 to 6 I want to eat or 1 to 10 but I’m a find out real quick and I’ll send you the name🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍👍👍👍

Pick up GoPro bicycle mount (circular) and mount it to the buffer tube. I’m almost certain this guy is using an action camera (GoPro or action camera from DJI)

Just strap a go pro or any action cam to your forehead, you get a perfect 1st person view, just not down sights, and it won’t obstruct your cheek weld, or readying your rifle

Assuming he fires from that position, he's firing straight into the dirt as his backstop. A road behind it isn't great, but at least it's at a negative angle.

I have an exps3 and a g33, upgraded from an aimpoint pro+holosun magnifier. The difference in clarity is honestly incredible. I like the eotech reticle better too, gives a reference for close range holds and limited ranging capability on full size targets

I’d agree. There is no other red dot on the market that I know of that is a clear and distortion free as the EoTech!

It does. Everything gets magnified. But the centre dot of the EoTech reticle is only about .25MOA so it appears very sharp under magnification compared to most red dots

Fun fact for you folks that have an astigmatism, if you look at a red dot it will appear as a star cluster. Taking a picture of the reticle and looking at the picture it will appear normal. Same things goes for holographic sights, asides the sight is a projection people with an astigmatism in one eye can still see the optic as normal.

The only thing that puts me off is the battery life... But it's still a great choice. Nice setup.

Personally I have the XPS3-2. I held off getting the magnifier since it is on my pistol build

I’m jealous 😂 I would prob go for the dot eotech tho, forgot which one it is but that magnifier is on point

Yup fuzzy like it's supposed to be and gets crisp under magnification. Its a holographic dot... its supposed to be like that. Focus the target and it becomes clear. It forces you to focus the target.

@@waldo4133 cheers mate. The G45 is on my shopping list for the future. An LPVO is a completely different animal. My personal experience is a red dot and mag is great at close range and can do long range, an LPVO is great at long range and can do close range. But everyone has a different opinion on the subject and different needs, so there’s no right answer.

Love the set up do you see yourself needing back up iron sights 45 degrees?

Great idea but it won't work in a speed need situation. You don't want to take the time to cross your line of sight with your arm

The proper build is either sig romeo 4t/ 8t and eotech 5.5x magnifer… or Aimpoint with eotech 3x magnifer
