Enya 46 4C final test run with 2 diff glow plugs

Enya 46 4C was purchased on Ebay tear ago and right now I was found the strength to complete repair process. Practically in the same time was found an interesting new Enya glow plugs specially developed for 4 strokes. I was order few of them for test and in this video you can find test run of repaired Enya 46 4C with new Enya 4C glow plug. Additionally, during this test I was discovered that Saito SS glow plugs are amazing performers specially at low idle speeds.

@@crazyengines88 I need to get my hands on a couple of Enyas for a twin project. Two 46s or 53s would go well in a DC-3 kit that's calling for 20 2-c I reckon, and I can time them to run backwards quite easily for counter-rotating applications!

@@TestECull Wow, it could be quite cool project, for sure. I should say, that Enya's 46 and 53 4C both are great engines. It's tunes easily, very reliable - long lasting, enough powerful engines. I like this Enya's very much. For reversing you will need just to rearrange cam gears. Never doing the same, b.t.w., you giving me am idea for one of the possibly next videos. Just will need to find reversed prop.

@@crazyengines88 Master Airscrews sells suitable props. I have a 10-7-3 pusher on my Saito FA-45 MkII, also offered as a tractor prop and would likely be what I used on a DC-3 build.

too much prop the engine peak is 11K RPM

Thank you for your comment ! Was using heavy prop going to achieve lowest possible idle.
