Dollar Tree has the Vaseline lip therapy in original, aloe, rosy lips and cocoa butter. I used them for stocking stuffers at Christmas...keeping this box in mind for next Christmas or Easter. Thanks!

@@ThePaperPixie Unfortunately I buy them for 3 kids who all like different ones so I tend to just buy them there instead of Amazon who has the assorted 4 at close to $9...but I can see how it might be a good option for others.

I think you could score the lip balm envelope flaps the width of a Ghirardelli square so it would not close flat at the top but be like an 8th of an inch wide at the top

Worth a try! Thickness depends on whether the Ghirardelli Square has filling or not. 😉

Hi Kathy! I'm not sure which of the 2 projects you are referring to, but I included Envelope Punch Board measurements in the Project Sheets. The gift pouch will end up a slightly different size using the EPB.
