tax should instituted for making your frontage to look horrible, same will be applied to houses that were last renovated or painted 50yrs ego..force ppl to repaint and take care of their surroundings.

Enugu still has a lot to do.For me,Owerri,Port,Uyo and Calabar are far ahead of Enugu in terms of infrastructure

i never will forget the dirty roads through Enugu-City. But next time you´ll go through the roads of Abakpa,ok, and Emene!!

This is good.But you did not come to places like the estates at Trans Ekulu and New GRA and many other places with exquisite mansions and places of interest.This is however still very good.I love it
