The fascinating thing about entrapment policy is that it entirely favors the police office and assumes the accused guilty, in vast contrast to what we are informed of is general due process. As someone that was set up by agents in a sting for conspiracy and intent to distribute cannabis, I was told that it was the burden of the defense to prove they weren't already predisposed to commit that crime. So, within the context of the RP, you can convict any player rightfully after the arrest if they can't prove they wouldn't have otherwise committed the crime you lured them into. I know it's a bit of an overshare but I figured it was relevant to your discussion about potential criticism by viewers. Always enjoy the videos, great use of concepts as always.

Entrapment to my understanding would be a cop forcing you to do the illegal activity under threat. I might be wrong but feel free to enlighten me if I am. And I hope you never had to use your gun in those 22 years as LEO nor in the future if you haven't retired yet. Stay safe out there officer.

I am so very thankful to have never had to use it outside the range. In our state, law defines entrapment as someone being induced to do something by police or their presence. The caveat is the clarification, which says, "Merely affording the actor an opportunity to commit an offense does not constitute entrapment." That last little detail gets most people who claim entrapment.

That is very true. They make great content on their channels for sure. Not only when they play toghether, but also those times that they might showcase new and upcoming games, like for example Jeff Favignano does on his channel sometimes 🙂
