I really love Jollibee’s tender chicken. You can clearly taste and see that it’s not frozen; it’s so moist compared to other establishments. Congratulations on your achievement today! Getting to taste and eat everything on their menu in just one sitting? Damn, that’s impressive!

Hate to break it to you, but it is indeed frozen, the only reason it retains its' moisture is through pressure frying, instead of deep frying.

By the way, Palabog really has shrimp mixed with powdered dried salted fish with a bit of I think seafood flavoring mixed in the powder. I mentioned before that you must try to eat PALABOK. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I think it is one of the products that sets Jollibee apart from other fast food chains. i laughed at how you tried to BURP QUIETLY. 😅 Jollibee stores tend to be really noisy. it's okay to burp loudly in front of many. 😁 eating at Jollibee is supposed to give you happiness, hence the name- ChickenJoy.
