I just stumbled upon your channel . I am also a "lady of a certain age " (67, God willing in January ) and it's nobody's business how you can afford all these beautiful Chanel bags. If you worked most if your life, you SHOULD be able to buy whatever you want . That's what you worked for. Love the bucket bag and I actually like that mini bag, especially when I go clubbing in Las Vegas , which I do a couple of times a year, and you can't carry a whole lot with you .

This is the most I've heard you talk about yourself. Anyway, I think you curate your collection well. Every piece seems to fits your personality. I like the Gabrielle as well, but always find the opening too small even when I only have 4 items in it. (Mine is medium-sized.) Still, it's one of my favourite coz I like the look of it. I'm not crazy for the round case and mini coz they're too small. However, I hope I'd get my hand on the 19. I really want to compare between the small and large before I commit to one. But they're so hard to find at the moment.

I honestly prefer Chanel but Dior has its appeal too so it really depends on the style of handbag.

Be careful with personal buyers have seen a few videos of personal buyers selling fake Chanel’s You have a great collection.

Hey Amy! I’ve been wanting the classic Chanel mini rectangular in black for awhile but it seems to be a very hard to get item. I also like the classic medium double flap in black caviar but that’s obviously much more expensive. I don’t think I’ll ever have the funds to get both so if you had to choose one of the two bags I’ve mentioned, which do you think is better investment? I think I can wear medium flap even when I am 80 years old but probably not the mini?

I think the mini is as ageless as the medium flap actually but the medium definitely looks more timeless and mature. I honestly would still wear my minis in my 80s, the question is whether you'll want a long cross body strap or not. The medium cannot cross body so is this something you mind. Both fit about the same, the med will fit slightly more. Both retain their value well. The mini will have slightly better relative value as the price is lower to begin with. I'd choose based on your current preference and worry about the future later. 😉

Abigail Hortencia I’m not sure there’s much size difference between the small and the mini rectangular. With the rectangular mini and the reissue I think it would depend on which look you like better, the size is again similar

Coco handle is great but not my most used bag so it's not top 3, but definitely still top 10 as per my most recent video 😉
