    What are you on about South Korea got to Semi final in the 2002 world cup and after the world cup it sparked something in both Japan and South Korea.

    That's not what I meant, yes it was good for Koreans and asians in general. Not for football as a whole. There were several allegations of corruption and other things such as bad facilities. I think most people, except asians will agree that South Korea should never have gotten as far as they did. In before accusations of racism and whatnot, I am Korean.

    FC Seoul had like 3 breakaways at the end of theatch but scored 0 goals.. korean soccer is intelligent but our finishing is terrible.. i think its in our blood..

    When South Korea licked the dirt, Only Germany helped with money while all the reswt countries refused to lend helping hands. With German's help, South Korea could start the economic development. Korea won't forget. And also Korean legend, Cha Bum played at Leverkusen. No wonder German Leverkusen is so likable in Korea..
