Man, this Manish is not an ordinary traveller. He seems to be (why seems to be; he is, for sure) extremely talented that he is able to elevate an ordinary Agraharam visit to dizzy heights so beautifully, taking it to an altogether different plane and dimension through his editing. "Ithu Vera Level". A better presentation can happen only in our dreams!!! Though I have been seeing our village for over 59 years, I could actually realise that the village is so beautiful and the life here is so adorable only after watching this video. ​@@rukminik8190yes. Correct observation. We Hindus have no unity. All of us are interested only about our selfish matters. Then came caste. First all Hindus should come under one umbrella. Mody and bjp is trying for that. So please accept bjp and vote for them for our existence. .we will not destroy others cultures, just we want to preserve our culture, tradition and our religion and our beliefs. That's the only aim of normal Hindus. Hope all the state governments should stop caste based reservation and implement economic reservation. So that every poor persons irrespective bof their religion, caste or creed or party must get support from govt.. Adivasis, and sc people can get some extra benifits for some more years. All others are financially and culturally and socially in high standards. So no need of any sarkar assistance for those people. First try to make unity among all Indians. Then everything will be alright.

Congrats Manish for an excellent documentary. I don’t necessarily believe in dirties but I respect the cultural and scientific authenticity of their practices. The people you met there were truly exceptional!

Thank you Maneesh, for taking me around the village of my ancestors. My grandfather moved out before 1920 to Kalpathi, for better education facilities in Govt Victoria College, Palakkad. It looks like time for us to go back, a century later.

Glad to watch this Video. We are also from Chandrasekharapuram. My Grand Father's native place. My Grand Father's name Mr. C. Ananthnarayan alies Appu Iyer. Left CSPuram and settled in Cuddapah, Andhra Pradesh. During the British Rule. Started a eatery in Cuddapah at the age of 20 years. Within 20 years he made himself to be a Rich man. He is the father of five sons and a Daughter. I am the eldest grandson of Appu Iyer. I am now 76 years old. My ambition was to visit my native place but now it is too late.

My ancestors also lived in agraharams centuries back. Now only very few agraharams exist most of the agrahrams are. sold to shops, business circles. In metros, cities by Brahmins for their living after migration to metropolitan area.
