Forget that. I'm listening to it because of the greatest memories of me being 14/15 in high school back around the Year 2000.

This song captures an emotion for me that is way too hard to put in words. My dad used to play this song on multiple different road trips. Now I'm far from my family and haven't met them in a while but this song always reminds me of the good times in the car while this banger of a song played in the background

I'm 30yrs old now. I first heard this on holiday in Malta when I was 12. For years I have always remembered how much I loved it but couldn't find it. I cannot believe I have finally found it again on the last day of 2017. And this whole time I didn't know it was enrique as I was so young. Probably my favourite song ever 😍

Used to listen to this track on walkman with a close friend way back in college in 2000. It was our getaway track when traveling by bus. That close friend passed away this September, gone forever but left behind a string of memories!! Stay in peace Vinda!! Miss u!

His first album was in 1995. I'n not sure his longtime fans would agree that his first English album was the "real" him at all and I don't think he would either. He had the least creative input in that than any of his albums.

Personally, I stand by this not only being the best song of his career, the best song to come out of the Latin Wave of that era, but also, one of the best songs of the 90s. This song was one of the last moments of true elated happiness before the new millennium and the loss of happiness that many of us had. I was poor, but music like this still made the 90s a bright moment. I will never feel like I did then, but this song brings back a sense of that happiness again.

It's the first song of Enrique that i heard, i was 9 or 10 and i fell in love with him instantly ❤❤❤ It still one of my favorite songs of all time. It's timeless

Songs these days are just not that soulful unlike before!! They just create music to earn before they create music from the heart!! That's why it's a masterpiece ❤️❤️❤️

If there was such thing as time travel, I would like to start all over again in the 90s, I miss those times!

It's crazy to imagine how much little we had in life then - but life was so much simpler. We didn't have Spotify or Bluetooth, we just had the radio and CDs if you wanted to splurge. We didn't have smartphones or social media, we would make plans at work and school and make memories instead of photos. Life felt longer and slower, now it just feels like there is one crazy event after another. The 90s and the early 2000s was the golden era - life changed alot after 9/11.

This was such a masterpiece!!! And kudos to the solo guitarist. I love this song!

The first time I heard this I was 19 and living in Belize. They would play it all night long at a neighborhood bar across the street from where we lived. Fell in love with it in the hot sultry nights with the heat lightning illuminating the clouds. My goddess, you could feel peoples' hearts burning. How he chased a wave maiden to the edge of the sea.
