I LOVED BOTH MOVIES SO MUCH I WATCHED THEM 4 TIMES ALREADY I dont like to rewatch movies but these two are the best exception i would absolutely adore for their to be a enola holmes 3 with more mystery and definitely way more of enola and tewksbury, well mainly more enola and tewksbury and to see how their relationship goes i really want to see them both on screen acting again

At 5:25, I feel I should point out though, since you're calling her a femenist queen. That Enola's mother, only confesses to "Having not taught her children right." When Enola mentions how she doesn't need Tewkesbury and is fine on her own. TRUE, she does talk about finding allies and uniting. But Enola has mentioned not needing help before. It's only when I think her mother senses that Enola could be turning against men/people in general, beginning a path of isolation, that she mentions this. I PERSONALLY, (Just Me). got the idea that Enola's mother was basically saying, "You can stand up for women's rights , AND marry a man if you should choose. One does not lower the other." It could be just me, but I see lots of "Femenist Icons" either tearing down men, or living completely isolated. And so I think it's very cool to see that just because her mother is a revolutionary NOW, doesn't mean she didn't love their father when he was alive.

Feminism was never about being against men - those feminist are hypocrite and go against their own believe, or they are mislead. Feminism is seeking the equality between genders - and when you seek equality between genders, you don't hate the oposite gender. And i don't think this is what Eudora was trying to emphasize here. She didn't say she raised her children wrong, but marely just too focused on individuality. She wanted them to be so independent and stand up by themselves to not be vulnerabile, that she failed to see în The past, the fact that Unity and companioship (regardless romantic or not) is a strenght, not a weakness. The children grew up to be self suficient, but also isoltaed, and that în itself has nothing to do with gender. Eudora was not only worried for Enola and her potențial boyfriend being pushed away, she was worried about her other Kids too, like Sherlock and Mycorft, because they also push people away (and not just romantic partners). They are so busy doing all by themselves that they didn't noticed they isoltaed themselves from the rest of the world. So this independece issue with Eudora's realization is not related with femiminsm at all. She wanted her children both boys and girl to be strong on their own, not depend on anyone, she wasn't talking about equality here.

I’ve been saying this bc it feels kinda rushed. They would have so much more time to elaborate on the characters relationships and the plot.

The idea that there might be a dozen or more Enola Holmes stories is delightful to contemplate, isn’t it?

I can't believe how much I am enjoying these movies! Perfect casting and I love Millie Bobbie Brown as Enola! They are so fun :)

My wife and I are definitely on board for Enola Holmes 3!

First I would love to see more of Enola and Tewksbury scenes in the third movie, I would also love to see another historical event be somewhat of the main setting in the move.🙃

I definitely want to see more enola and tweksbury (idk if i wrote his name right) scenes and for the plot they can bring in jack the Ripper. The second movie takes place in 1888 I belive and that's when Jack the ripper started his killings in Whitechapel. I NEED A THRID MOVIE

Yes yes that is when he started but since he's a killer with no identity it would make sense at the end to find out who he was but since we don’t know to this day exactly who his is the movie would be making stuff up and the whole plot is based on real events 😅

I hope this movie series continues, we need more wonderful shows like this with terrific actors & great writing!

I never thought I could enjoy both Enola Holmes movies that much! I watched them in succession; the first one just before the release of Enola 2 and I could say it was very entertaining to say the least. I'm all for a third movie! Please let them all be back!!! I would love to see the siblings get back together, even the snotty Mycroft😁; more of Sherlock too! Most of all, Enola's growing relationship with Tewkesbury. They certainly had that sizzling chemistry! All in all, bravo behind the team of Enola Holmes!!! More, we want more!!! 😍

Anyone else think that when Enola is talking to William and he says “you were invited here” she should have said she was. (Tewkesbury invited her at the beginning)

No, he invited her to another ball. One held at Piccadilly, the Lyons' ball was held at Marchmont Square. Even for someone with Tewkesbury's influence it would have been considered bold if not shocking to appear at a privat ball with someone who hasn't gotten their own invitation. Like Elizabeth Bennet told one of her sisters in "Pride and Prejudice": "You cannot invide somebody to other people's balls."

I started both movies very recently and I. Am. Obsessed. In the third movie, it would definitely be smart to follow the idea of finding inner strength and independence, but also creating relationships with people you can rely on to become even stronger. With this I would love to see more scenes involving Sherlock & Enola’s partnership along with Enola and Tewkesbury’s relationship growing.

I've watched both films, and I'm hooked , love the person who plays Enola, I've seen other things she's played in and think she's got her a great future in front of her . Love her And her brother,

More of Enola and Sherlock as well as Enola and Tewksbury… both combinations are really delightful… cutting out any of these is a major reduction of fanbase

Waiting for 2 years is nothing for a Sherlock fan (the Benedict Cumberbatch version). It feels like a rule for all Sherlock Holmes adaptations😂😂

You can tell Milly really likes playing Enola Holmes. It's a fun character to play.

Wife and Both LOVE the Enola Hommes, both "Sherlocks" have made it a GREAT series. I would see this in the Theater with no problem.

I don't think it's up to Netflix so much as MBB and HC's work load outside of the potential sequel... I also believe that is why Netflix didn't announce this sequel until 7 months after the original as well... MBB was probably neck-deep in Stranger Things... We often don't relaize that while we're watching something that it was finished quite awhile before we get to see it (post production, editing, reshoots, blah blah blah ) and that as soon as the actors are done with their parts they move on to the next project...

I love this series of movies, and hope the third is just as great.

While Enola's family support her relationship with Tewksbury his family may not so maybe we'll get them being a forbidden love and sneaking around etc. And I know Tewksbury's mom said Enola could stay with them at Basilwether but there is a difference with "you can stay with us at the castle bc let's face it it's huge and we don't need that much space we'll likely never bump into u anyway" and "sure you can date my son"

Enola holmes 3 main villain should be her mom and moriarty teaming up trying to create a bloody revolution, and the holmes siblings tries stopping them

SO..... as the time period is the 1880's and since they're all in London.... How about..... Jack the Ripper! Sherlock tries to solve the crime because it needs to be solved and Scotland Yard is getting nowhere, Enola tries to do the same while helping the women being hunted, while Mycroft.... well, he knows more about the whole thing than he should. What happens to all three when they each try to solve the crimes, but all from different approaches... and not all of them for the same reasons? My idea, take it or leave it.

No it will be more fun if Enola proposes just after another of her desperate argument with him and then, "My dear dear lord, you know politics so well but you don't know I am mad to be with you." Tweks (with a smile): "You are with me now." Enola (more annoyed): "You are a nincompoop." Tweks, confused (to himself): "What does this girl want?" Enola (like a child): "I am mad for you and I want to marry you Lord Twekesbury, Count of Bassilweather." Tweks, surprised like nothing. Enola: "Don't make me repeat, will you marry me?"

i was seriously hoping it to become a tv series after the 1st movie, like it doesn't matter to me if its just like 4 films in one season, this way they could fit atleast 3-4 unique cases for her to solve rather than just one. im still hoping for this after this 2nd movie, after all they showed a lot of things that needs answers eg moriarty and dr watson, enola's mom and her missions... i hope to see more scenes with her dealing with Tewkesbery because they were such a funny pair but this time it would be diff't since they are a couple

Millie is signed on to 4 other projects already including electric state which she's currently filming and st5 with 2 more to come after that and Henry cavill being busy on so many other projects unfortunately I don't think we will see a 3rd film until at least 2025/26
