We are already what we seek to find, it's about experiencing the undeniable fact that we exist in this moment being aware of our existence.

Our mind draws our attention to external things and experiences to escape from the waking state, preventing us from being fully present in the awareness of our consciousness.

The direct path to peace and serenity is through self-inquiry and observing our thoughts in the present moment.

To awaken from the hypnotism of the personal ego is to experience freedom from endless thoughts and feelings.

The source of true happiness lies in the simple deep awareness of our consciousness, not in external possessions or relationships.

Any type of experience we have will be within the awareness of our consciousness, bringing peace, happiness, and a deep sense of oneness.

If we give up the belief that there is any character in our thoughts, we will be very close to recognizing our true nature.
