Enjoy a 40-Minute Nap with Rain, Thunder & Wood Soup ASMR

Ойын-сауық

Wood Soup ASMR:
I make calming wood soup triggers to help you rest and relax, or focus and get through your workday by drowning out noises that can distract and irritate. ASMR is known to help calm anxiety, relieve insomnia, depression, PTSD, help ADHD, autism, tinnitus, and even curb migraines. My goal is to trigger intense ASMR tingles by allowing the unique characteristics of the wood and bead sounds to be enjoyed, and to keep them as clean and minimally produced as possible, so I will never use echo or other audio effects. In some videos, ambient music and/or rain & thunder may be added for a layered option.

What is ASMR?
It stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and it is the positive psychological and physical sensations you feel from certain triggers. Triggers can be things like light touch, hair brushing, watching someone create art, listening to someone whisper, or crinkling or tapping sounds. There are a great number of benefits to ASMR, such as helping PTSD & anxiety, easing insomnia & depression, and promoting feelings of general well-being & positivity.

yo there are 4k people that have watched this. if all of you were to merely like this video (which takes the smallest of efforts and literally one click), the content would be boosted and recommended to others AND it would really help the creator out a lot. come on now

This so kind of you! 🙏🏼💜 There’s definitely a difference in interaction on KZread compared to other social media, I’ve noticed! And don’t get me wrong, I certainly don’t mind earning my growth, but dang if it isn’t harder to achieve here 😂 (it feels like it, anyway!) Thank you for being here and for your support. Your comment genuinely made my day 😊

I usually don't even notice the ambience sounds because my volume is way too low, but they are so nice

I have a question. How much water do you waster per day doing this? (no hate!) I watch your videos while studying and it helps! it's better than music.

None! ☺️ I water my garden with every bowl of water I ever pour 💜 even the “milky” ones are just water and cornstarch so they get diluted and used for watering as well. I’m so glad you find the videos useful…I hear more and more lately that folks use them for studying or reading 😊

If you read the titles, you’ll see that I often post 2 or 3 different varieties of a video. Typically one is just the wood soup sounds on its own, and then sometimes with an added layer like rain, or rain & thunder, or ambient background music. While there are plenty of channels that repost the same exact videos over and over again, you will never, EVER see that happen here. 💜
