Sure you can make a cover! I make my sprites in pixel studio. I personally don’t think my sprites are very good as a lot of other peoples I see are so much better. (Plus I don’t see lots of talk about mine and everyone else video I see look so professional) The animation I make in scratch. However sometimes I use clickteam fusion.
