Sleep paralysis is not fun at all, I’ve had a literal shadow demon type thing bending down and staring into my eyes. I was hyperventilating, but I couldn’t move. Then it like zoomed out of my room and I was able to move again (10/10 don’t recommend that demon, it’s weird)

True sleep paralysis is no joke it could also led to death, I have encountered sleep paralysis once too, way back in college I open my eyes because I felt something heavy only to see a boy around 3-5 years old sitting on my lap laughing at me I was like wtf I was screamin' but no words are comin' on my mouth so scary I can only close my eyes and pray. fighting!
