Please bare with me as I try to figure some stuff out 😅

There are a lot of theories, but the main theory is that this girl is apparently the vampire princess who gave all of the boys their powers and made them who they are, and the boys except Sunghoon (the main character, her love interest) for some reason wanted to be put out of their misery, so they wanted her to bite them, so that she would take their powers back and they would die. This explains why she was crying in the middle and Sunghoon had to cheer her up, because it's obviously a hard decision to make because doing so would kill them (?). I've seen some people say that the other 6 boys except Sunghoon could have been hypnotized too. - In the start, when the 6 boys (except Sunghoon) were in the room with the chairs and were putting their hands together, they were playing some sort of rock paper scissors and ended up chosing Jungwon to fight Sunghoon first. So they all merged into Jungwon, and they became one! I don't know if you notices this since you obv don't know the members, but this is why whenever Sunghoon kills one of them, another member appears in their place! And this also explains when she bit Jay, the other remaining members also collapse, because they were connected. - Sunghoon and the girl are lovers, and his sole mission during the whole trailer is clearly to protect her. One detail I want to mention is the brief shot of the empty cans of pineapple at 6:31. It seems very random, but this is actually a direct reference to the romance movie "Chungking Express (1994)" and it's supposed to represent the main character's inability to end his relationship with his girlfriend, so he buys a lot of canned pineapple that expire on May 1st: “Cop 223 buys pineapples that expire on May 1; once they go bad, he’ll officially give up on getting his girlfriend back. He proceeds to eat all 30 cans in one sitting.” - Chungking Express If you notice, this concept trailer also was released on May 1st. This reference is basically foreshadowing the ending of the trailer, where Sunghoon tells her to bite him, and she says "bye bye my love" and he turns into dust. This marks the end of their relationship. And as you pointed out, him telling her to bite him correlates to the beginning message "if you wish to escape this twist of fate, remembers these two words, bite me". During the whole trailer he was the one protecting her from the other boys who wanted to be bitten by her, but I assume in the end he was getting weak with how everything just escalated and he realized the right thing to do was for her to bite him too and free him (?). This is seems to be a hard thing for her to do because he's someone very close to her, hence why she's crying at the end. But my theory is that she didn't bite him, because there was no emphasis on the bite (like there was when she bit Jay earlier), and instead of collapsing and dying like other boys he turned into dust... so my theory is that he turned into dust because of the sun rising and not because she bit him.

but yk enhypen are lord vampires, if u look up to their webtoon, you'll know that sun doesn't affect them. what I think is that, there are people speculated that the girl (who we thought as selen) is basically bit enhypen members to take their powers (in the past life, they alr have powers) but also turn them into vampires at the same time (?) but maybe she doesn't make them lord vampire hence why sunghoon died when the sun's up. perhaps ot6 without sunghoon got hypnotized by dardan, so she bit them all to take their powers and to kill them and put them to the future (sry if this doesn't make any sense lmoa)

In Webtoon, "Dark Moon: The Blood Altar", there are characters of 7 vampires and a girl. In "present" time, they are students in Decelis Academy. In their "past" life, they were 7 lords and a Queen. These high-tier vampires had an enemy, Dardan (an evil vampires). To survive, the Queen shared her super power to them and sent them to another hundred years. Then they have battle again with Dardan in "present" time. They give back their super power to the Queen. Having no super power anymore, then they die. There are big questions: * Why must they give back their super power to her? * Why must they fight (Sunghoon VS 6 members) before giving back their super power?

Love your theory and even if you don't know the vampire storyline, Enhypen's music is often not just about vampires but is also a comment on life and growing up in the idol world. The boys are very excited about this comeback because they feel that this album is an opportunity for them to grow creatively. They have said that this album will let them explore new genres, visuals and choreography. If this Concept Trailer is any indication of what is to come we are in for an epic comeback.

When you said "this is so early 2000s" it made me think of the Blade movies haha and i hadnt thought of that so i wonder if that was some of the directors and teams inspo for the fight choreo. It's such a dope trailrr that I haven’t really seen in kpop in a while. 😂 "Hows it hanging?" while looking seriously into the camera.

I've seen a lot of theories on this trailer, but I think what most of them miss is that Hybe like allegories in their lore. The whole vampire concept is an allegory for their transformation into idols and a female character should almost always be seen as representing Engene. It was Engene who created Enhypen by voting for them in I-land, so the embodiment of Engene is the girl in this story. It was she who created them and who is the source of their power. I think this trailer should be seen as a cautionary tale. At the very beginning it says that it is a story about pride. It is about what happens if they forget that Engene is the source of their power? What if one member begins to think he is more important than the team? What if he starts to believe that his power is his own and not given to him by Engene? I don't think Sunghoon is protecting the girl from the other members as some seem to think. He wants Engene for himself, which is something the other members won't allow. They are starting to believe that Engene belongs to them when it should be the other way around. This leads to conflict until they realise that they have to return their power to Engene by voluntarily allowing themselves to be bitten. Of course I could be completely wrong!

I saw a lot of connections with the webtoon... the "bite me" is a line from the webtoon. It meant trust. It's like having the power to k!ll someone with a bite, but not doing it. They trust enough to let their necks to them. But I'm not reading up to date, so... Yeah
