Synopsis: In the near future, Kaos Island, co-constructed by High Seas International, is rich in ecological resources and is the last pure land for rare wild animals. The island's Pyrotechnics, which covers the sky with one hand, accidentally lost two genetically mutated monsters during a transaction, causing a series of hurtful incidents.
