That’s actually a Chinese slang. It’s a spinoff of 暖男 which means a warm (caring) man vs central ac/heater (who is warm/caring to everyone in the room)

I've watched a lot of her dramas. I love them all. But I've cried more in this one than any other. She's been playful funny serious naive and loving.
