It's very nice and "smart" for that ELF to wait until the very end when he leaves to tell Leeteuk she's an ELF. I'm sure she knows it will make him very embarrassed and uncomfortable if she told him beforehand and it will be more difficult for him to go through the procedure. That was very considerate of her. Kudos to that sweet nurse ELF!!!
