Spasibo! This was really helpful in getting the grip and release right for half-spin - I'm now starting to get consistent sticks, and accuracy is improving, albeit only at about 3m. I do find I have to allow a little flex in my wrist, to give a smooth, relaxed release.

I have some success with half spin, holding it horizontal. I see many others who throw half spin holding the knife vertical instead of horizontal. what is your opinion? I will experiment with both and see what works. thanks for the lessons.

dxb-sport another question. I do see that you sell Fedin’s book? Any planes to have it translated ...:) . I am afraid of using a translator software for the book .

some knives needs more then 3 m to make half spin rotation.
