"Your greatest success is often THROUGH your greatest fear" I am paraphrasing, and do not recall the book and chapter in the bible(I am not religious), but I remember those words and do my best to embrace that approach to life as a man, a father, and a neighbor. What Mr. Smith said feels like his realization of that concept. Which also translates to nearly every aspect of being a person, parent or not. Good on him. That is truly a good message.

Will Smith is a talented person in this video he gives to many people the opportunity to face their fear and overcame their problems everyone has many obstacles in his life and we all try to do good things in the world despite the fact that we have the feeling of fear.

OMG! This speech blew my mind! It gave me another view about facing fear in life in order to get blissful moments. I couldn't count how many days I had a terrible night of sleeping because of fear, because of an interview or even because of simple situations in life I was scared of. Will Smith is simply awesome! I love this guy

I can really relate to this , fear can destroy your real ability so its very important to step out of our comfort zone to live a blissfully life.
