Tell us - What do you find therapeutic? For example: 'Sam finds meditation very therapeutic. It helps him relax after a long day at work.' 🧘

As a Korean, I think this kind of meditation-related information is really beneficial. I was born and raised in a Christian family, but I‘m interested in Buddhist philosophy and David Hume. And I hope that the person who made this video and the viewers will be happy😊

Hi from Russia❤
I find it therapeutic to take courses and learn new things every day. Although I belong to the X generation, I recognize myself in the habits and feelings of the millennial generation. In the past, I often searched for information about self-help on the internet and I bought several books about this subject
I find watching K-dramas and dancing alone a therapeutic way to me. It helps me to unwind at the end of the day 😄

It's quite difficult to choose one but the most recent K-drama I saw was "Doctor Slump" and I loved it 😊
Such an interesting topic. Self help is everywhere in fact. I am agree with that. Self help is what we need the most. We always want to be better and self improvement happens. I haven't read a lot of books about self help but I think it would be great for us to read in some point. But otherwise I think those books doesn't help people at all. I always look at what authors could achieve in their lives and why they wrote that book. I think that question is important to ask myself before to start reading in the beginning of the process. Thanks BBC🙌

I find a brisk walk therapeutic especially when I need to think or find a solution of my problem. After wandering around my problem’s gone. Guys, can you give me a hand with Rob’s phrase: ‘didn’t quite scrape in there’ what does it mean? Couldn’t find the definition 😢

When Rob says 'I didn't quite scrape in there', he means that he was born a bit too early to be a millennial!
