Question 17. The collective noun for stairs is flight not stack. Question 15. The correct preposition for tip is off. You tip off someone when you give them information secretly. It's called a tip-off. Question 2: "it's about time" has the same meaning as "it's high time". Therefore, they're both followed by the past simple. The correct answer is began. Just thought of pointing out those three. Please look them up. Great job you're doing there. We appreciate you very much.
