The stoning of women was a propaganda piece pushed by the west to break the afghan male and female unity as both sexes caused problems for the british militarily in history and they tried their best to corrupt us but the afghan females use to mock female soldiers from the west laughing at them as bunch of pawns, pittying them hahahha, the re education books in those schools are now used as tinder to start fires.

@Mujahideen also, i think you forgot that if the slave woman does not want to have intercourse with her master but be chaste, she cannot be forced to do so?! as it states in the Quran (24•33): And let those who do not have the means to marry keep themselves chaste until Allah enriches them out of His bounty. And if any of those ˹bondspeople˺ in your possession desires a deed of emancipation, make it possible for them, if you find goodness in them. And give them some of Allah’s wealth which He has granted you. *Do not force your ˹slave˺ girls into prostitution for your own worldly gains while they wish to remain chaste.* And if someone coerces them, then after such a coercion Allah is certainly All-Forgiving, Most Merciful ˹to the slave˺.

A large majority of criminals who go in for petty crimes come out with a higher chance of committing more violent crimes. Many prisoners join gangs, rape is a real thing in prison so the act of repentance for adultery wouldn't make sense. Thirdly most ex cons generally don't have the same rights as most normal people do in terms of climbing the social hierarchy so crime is seen as a better lifestyle.

And if any of those ˹bondspeople˺ in your possession desires a deed of emancipation, make it possible for them, if you find goodness in them. And give them some of Allah’s wealth which He has granted you. Do not force your ˹slave˺ girls into prostitution for your own worldly gains while they wish to remain chaste. And if someone coerces them, then after such a coercion Allah is certainly All-Forgiving, Most Merciful ˹to the slave˺. children are not allowed to be married in Islam! but only those men and women who have reached puberty which is the biological and universal determining factor for adulthood. apostasy is treason in Islam and many countries still today punish treason or desertion at war, like the USA and many others.

Here are the verses with the text: - Deuteronomy 22:22-24 - "If a man is found sleeping with a woman married to a husband, both the man who slept with her and the woman must die. You are to stone them to death-the woman because she was in her husband’s town and did not cry out for help, and the man because he violated another man’s wife. You must purge the evil from among you." - Leviticus 24:10-23 - "And the son of an Israelite mother and an Egyptian father went out among the children of Israel, and the Israelite woman’s son and a man of Israel fought in the camp. The Israelite woman’s son blasphemed the Name, and cursed. Then they brought him to Moses... And the Lord said to Moses, 'Take the blasphemer outside the camp, and let all who heard him lay their hands on his head, and let the whole congregation stone him.'" - Deuteronomy 21:18-21 - "If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son who will not obey the voice of his father or the voice of his mother, and who, when they have chastened him, will not heed them, then his father and his mother shall take hold of him and bring him out to the elders of his city, to the gate of his city. And they shall say to the elders of his city, ‘This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious; he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton and a drunkard.’ Then all the men of his city shall stone him to death with stones; so you shall put away the evil from among you, and all Israel shall hear and fear." - Deuteronomy 17:2-7 - "If there is found among you, within any of your gates which the Lord your God gives you, a man or a woman who has been wicked in the sight of the Lord your God, in transgressing His covenant, who has gone and served other gods and worshiped them, either the sun or moon or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded, and it is told you, and you hear of it, then you shall inquire diligently, and if it is indeed true and certain that such an abomination has been committed in Israel, then you shall bring out to your gates that man or woman who has committed that evil, and you shall stone to death that man or woman with stones." - Numbers 15:32-36 - "While the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Sabbath day. And those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation. They put him in custody, because it had not been explained what should be done to him. Then the Lord said to Moses, 'The man must surely be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp.'" - Leviticus 20:2-5 - "Again, you shall say to the children of Israel: ‘Whoever of the children of Israel, or of the strangers who dwell in Israel, who gives any of his descendants to Molech, he shall surely be put to death. The people of the land shall stone him with stones. I will set My face against that man, and I will cut him off from among his people, because he has given some of his descendants to Molech, to defile My sanctuary and profane My holy name.'" - Deuteronomy 22:20-21 - "But if the thing is true, and evidences of virginity are not found for the young woman, then they shall bring out the young woman to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her to death with stones, because she has done a disgraceful thing in Israel, to play the harlot in her father’s house. So you shall put away the evil from among you." - John 8:7 - "So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, 'He who is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at her.'"

Like why is a thing like it is and why do people behave the way they do etc. often very convincing arguments are only so because of the confidence and charisma of the one telling it...doesn't make it true or right necessarily but it may be a worthy consideration or value. I sometimes defend religion when it's being diminished unjustly and sometimes I diminish it myself when it's being used unjustly, but really it's so I and we can understand it for what it is be it truth or fallacy, useful or dangerous. Too often I question and debate channels or commenters on these issues, and I wish someone would just argue back with information ,defense, logic etc. instead of just telling me I'm wrong or much worse because they're offended for no reason and start hitting out ate personally.

@@victoria.xseven7913 1-the west is a great example 2- yes 3-if it's less than 4 witnesses it's not true (if you accused someone of adultery without having evidence you will get punished also we don't just apply stoning directly, we should confirm that its real) 4-equal 5-equal 6-no both male and female if they get accused of adultery, the one that accuses them should get 3 more witnesses+ evidence (it's equal) 7-its not likely to accuse someone falsely because the punishment of accusing someone falsely is cruel+evidence is required 8-the judge, as i said before we don't just commit to the punishment, there are trials 9-no cause a righteous man or woman can't commit adultery and fears god 10-idk wdym by that but if you mean r@pe then it's a different story, if a woman gets r@ped, the r@pist gets killed(by her if she wanted to), and if she got pregnant by the r@pist baby then for today i guess she can keep him if she wanted too, if she don't she can put him in adoption (no abortion because the baby has a right to live, but you can choose if you wanna keep him as your child or not) 11-the point is to make people fear and avoid commiting adultery not to just kill, also as the brother in the video explained how adultery is dangerous to society And don't forget that in islam we don't stone people directly, if someone committed adultery and he is not married he will get whipped (70 times i think) first and then gets stoned if he did it again, and if a married man or woman commits adultery with another lady/guy they get Stoned directly. Also don't forget you need at least 4 witnesses and evidence and the punishment of accusing someone of adultery is quite brutal as well.

Like why would someone NEED to commit adultery anyways? It's such a horrible crime, it's treason. If you want you can divorce, so you got no excuse for commiting such a horrible deed, on the back of your partner, destroying families and the honour and life of that person... Also marriage is a contract, never forget that. Because now people treat marriage to a point that it is the same being married or not... that IS an issue. Marriage is supposed to come with rights, which make society work. Rights that provide stability and wellbeing if followed properly...

A law against adultery is against the most fundamental values of the West - freedom of religion and freedom of association. No government should prohibit, let alone punish with capital punishment, the actions of two consenting adults in private. I imagine this Muslim man is against the creation of laws that would prohibit the wearing of the hijab in classrooms, and was happy when such attempts were thwarted by those very same liberties.

Sharia Law might look harsh to the uninformed. A simple way to understand this is, Lets say Islam is a fruit like an Orange or Pomegranate, then sharia law would be its peel. The peel protects the inner delight.
