@@Bklynreau have a quick read about Jimmy Savile. It is thought she was about to do a report on his crimes while he was still alive and the establishment had her shot. Other theories are it was revenge from a gang. It was a lone stalker or it was a Serbian hitman.

40-40 is a childhood game that (not sure if they played it elsewhere) kids in London played growing up. There was one dude looking away and hiding face while he counted to 60, while everyone else was hiding and they had to make it back to a base (any pre-negotiated objected, street light, car, park bench. Could be anything) and if the seeker saw someone they had to say "40-40 I see (whoever)" and they were out of the game if they got caught. So when he says the 40-40 bar, he's literally saying that he see's you, or anyone else trying to make a move.

the Frank drugs bar, there was a campaign say no to drugs, "Just talk to Frank" was the slogan, FRANK was hotline to get information about drugs (I assume they try and talk you out of taking them) So..."If you got problems with drugs then just talk to Frank" is a clever play on the advert/slogan, and obviously shotting/dealing

Drug scene is kinda crazy here, I not heard anything quite like drug apps (but I wouldn't be surprised) but info, prices and pics are often sent to people via snapchat or insta or telegram and it's pretty easy to get whatever you want if you're in the right crowd. Also when he says 'If you have problems with drugs, just talk to Frank' parodies a drug harm-reducrtion / information commercial
