It's even messed up when you realize this song is about two siblings. Lucrezia and ceaser Borgia. Two distant siblings of the Borgia family. Ceaser had this weird obsession with his sister lucrezia and decided to try and "capture her heart " He even killed of all of lucrezias husbands to have her. They were siblings man. Good job btw you did so good!

If we're talking about actual history, Cesare and Lucrezia weren't really distant, they were the closest in the Borgia family up until Cesare's death. Lucrezia never grew apart from him or held a grudge against him even after what he did to her husbands, even the one husband she actually seemed to like (Alfonso of Aragon). Cesare did kill all her husbands and possibly his own brother, but it's also just as likely he did it to further his political goals rather than out of feelings for Lucrezia, he was so ambitious that even Machiavelli praised him to high heavens. Feelings for Lucrezia being part of that is definitely a possibility, but it is debatable as the Borgia family were hated throughout Rome for being "corrupt Spaniards" and their enemies also accused Lucrezia of sleeping with her father, so the accusations aren't that reliable.

That rhyme on gave and hesitate is something you can only do on songs, and rarely seen on poems/other types of rhyme-included literature. Very nice job on the lyrics We already know the voice is excellent :)

These are some SOLID lyrics!!! I'm so happy to see translations that work so well for singing and meaning. In particular I love the chorus translations-- for some reason that's where a lot of translyrics get mixed up; possibly because of the ambiguity. In particular THANK YOU for translating the difference between the two second choruses! (The 'tatoeba'/'once I take you' choruses)! The choice of 'til' vs 'now' was a great one. And your ryouseirui voice ;//////; WOW!!! Another hit from Ham :)

YEs the choruses are tricky bastards HShsh I think because the way the japanese lyrics are, they maybe sound good/even poetic? in japanese but in english like.. no one really wants to hear about your sweat, i think HHHHH (also stuff like... going into the bushes or whatever it was...) so I really thought hard about what type of situation/mood/picture it's painting and approached it from there, so I think the english came out a lot smoother this way! Thank you for listening and so glad you liked it!:)

Miku either really likes that dress design or has no other dress to wear. There are small differences though.

How friggin lucky I am to fall in love with this song recently and then by pure chance one of my favorite singers do a cover of it ;u;

From what we know for certain Lucrezia had a deep affection for her brother but the fact he murdered her second husband whom she loved very much might have brought her to hate him for sure.
