I'm born in United States and don't have an issue with English at all. However, I find these English learning videos helpful to me because I need to learn "social skills." No one "teaches" social skills in school and not everyone picks it up naturally growing up, especially if one comes from emotionally neglectful household as well as being a natural introvert like me. I learned much about how people communicate when checking in at hotel from this video. Watching and listening to various conversation scenario demonstrations (even as a Native English speaker) gives me more confidence for approaching future life situations.
