It's nose & snout, when it had one, was a much different bulldog 100yrs ago. Crufts encouraged breeders to have it's snout much reduced to barely 10% of how it was & lots of heavy wrinkles. Result is a dog with breathing problems. It's body had longer legs & less stocky, now it just waddles & forget about running & yes we cut it's tail off which is more abuse. Crufts encourages this by making this present version bulldog win prizes. Crazy.
