Sachin couldn't score 500+ runs in a series against Warne and Mc Grath , nor could be score a double century against anyone of them. Also better luck next time to Sachin as well 😂😂😂😂😂

In fact in Sydney( 2002 Tour of India under Saurav Ganguly)against the fastest Bowler of the World,Brett Lee Sachin Tendulkar Scored unbeaten Double Century in the First Innings and 60 Not Out in the Second Innings. The Then Australian Captain Steve Waugh said emphatically that we couldn't take Sachin Tendulkar's wicked in Both the Innings. That was 2003, and there were neither warne nor McGrath, not even Gillespie for the rest of the series. Also learn to appreciate other players instead of jerking off Sachin all the time.

Attended this day at the Oval, after buying a scalper's ticket for 10 quid mid-afternoon. Abiding memory was of Alec Stewart getting aerial in evading a bouncer from Wasim Akram who really tested him and Atherton.

Lewis, like so many other Eng players of that era, was talented enough but a) knackered by the domestic schedule, b) mismanaged by morons like Ray Illingworth and c) prone to making silly decisions
