Barry, Where my kid goes training, they were holding cup finals for different age groups of amateur girls football and it is amazing how far it's come. The quality on show, blew me away. I knew there were good girl footballers out there as I'd seen some play against my other son in Sunday league but I didn't realise the depth of talent in the girls game.

I think they are happy. Well done you absolute legends. English pride restored.

When England played Portugal in the euros and played italy in the recent euro's , majority of your fans when interviewed and was asked for their opinions on who they want to win you said Portugal/ italy. @@jammin1881 The U.S team is also well geared and on pace to make history with young electrifying strikers like Sophia Smith and Trinity Rodman. Anything less a championship is unacceptable. The Lionesses however will continue their momentum with the great chemistry they are enjoying with Sarina. I do not see that chemistry in the U.S squad. I am also concerned of players like Rapinoe bringing her woke ideas to the team. The primary reason of their failure to win gold at the recent Olympic. Maybe the Lionesses can shock the world again by beating a young and talented U.S squad.
