@@theterrar3566 if you think ice hockey is faster its really not, it may seem it but its on a much smaller pitch/rink. Watch an olympic final to see the full pace.

No it wasn't. Ice hockey has its origins from Bandy,shinty and hurling than field hockey. Field hockey itself has its origins in hurling as well as older sports that were similar.

Michiel yea get extra distance and jab like in the first clip try train yourself to get infront of them and move backwards on you toes

always scan for passes before your action it is faster than scan afterworts your action
