Devashish Gupta there is no need to learn from cook. thay can find motivation within the team. as ashish nehra has passed that test to play at the age of 38 for india.

Earth Citizen Good joke..They require 16-17 to pass yo yo test in England and South Africa..It's close to 14 in India..We have lazy dicks like Ashwin here in India.

In a nutshell it is the old-school bleep test - shuttle runs against the clock - but the difference is there's intervals to replicate cricket’s start-stop nature.

Used to love the Beep Test back in the day when I was at school, all my mates thought I was mental! From an Aussie, keep up the vids ECB, I enjoy watching them!

chandra Prakash its not the first and only criteria. Those players who have performed well as well as cleared yo yo test are selected. Time has changed buddy. Its no more about just skill and talent.
