तिहाड़ जेल में टेरर फंडिंग केस में बंद बारामुला के सांसद इंजीनियर अब्दुल राशिद को एनआईए स्पेशल कोर्ट से शपथ लेने के लिए राहत मिली है इंजीनियर रशीद की पैरोल को लेकर उनके वकील विख्यात ओबराए ने News18 JKLH से एक्सक्लूसिव बातचीत करते हुए कहा हमने अदालत के सामने दलील रखी, सांसद के तौर पर शपथ लेना उनका अधिकार ही नहीं बल्कि उनकी ड्यूटी भी है जिस पर अदालत ने उन्हें 5 जुलाई को 2 घंटे की कस्टडी पैरोल दी है। साथ ही उनकी फैमिली के लोगों को भी इजाजत दी गई है। 2 घंटे में इंजीनियर रशीद रजिस्ट्रेशन के अलावा शपथ लेंगे। 2 घंटे में शपथ सहित तमाम प्रक्रिया पूरी की जाएगी। कई तरह की पाबंदियां भी लगाई गई हैं, जैसे मीडिया से बात ना करना, इंटरनेट का इस्तेमाल ना करना शामिल हैं।
Baramulla MP Engineer Abdul Rashid, lodged in the terror funding case in Tihar Jail, has got relief from the NIA Special Court to take oath. Regarding the parole of Engineer Rashid, his lawyer Vikhyat Oberoi, while talking exclusively to News18 JKLH, said that we have argued before the court. He said, taking oath as an MP is not only his right but also his duty, on which the court has given him custodial parole for 2 hours on July 5. Besides, his family members have also been given permission.
