There's just nothing today that even compares to the talent of these great vocalists. Enge has a voice like no other. And he sings with such ease. Wish there was great entertainment on TV these days like this.

No one will ever be cooler or sexier than Dean! I love this clip..... I can’t believe this actually got some dislikes. Crazy. This is fantastic!

November 2020 and this is still ten times better than anything on Netflix!!! I wish I had a time machine to take me back. I'd love to have been around in the 1950's too. ♥♥♥

Never tired of seeing him. Great comedian , greatest singer Dean Martin and his young guess 🌟 Engelbert Humperdinck.

Engelbert was born with such a simple name and his managers producers said his name wasn't catchy enough. So they came up with Engelbert Humperdink. It's catch because it's odd lol and people have jokes. Good looking man too, very nice smile.

My Grandma use to say “He can park his shoes under my bed anytime “ when she saw Englebert and Tom Jones😂 She passed away 6 years ago; but every time I hear Englebert sing I think of her saying that and laugh

My grandma and I used to watch Engelbert and Tom together. We loved them but I loved Engelbert the best. I was heartbroken when we had tickets to one of his concerts, got there, and it had been cancelled for some reason. So sorry about his wife. Hope he recovers.

OMG! Engelbert's rendition of that "Bumpity Bump" song took me right back to my days in radio when we weren't permitted to play this song, (David Rose's THE STRIPPER") on the air because it was too suggestive. My, how times have changed. Engelbert is just wonderful in this clip. Love him.

One of the greatest shows to ever hit the airwaves. And they were actually friends. Dean used to rent Engelbert's Vegas home when he wasn't in town and Dean was. Engelbert says he always knew when Dean had stayed there because of the cigarette burns on the carpet lol!

I loved dean my dad loved frank and my mom loved Engelbert. Needless to say there was always great music coming from our home. Great times. The music then was music. The sang great songs with style and class. Not like today. Can’t even understand a word. How I long for yesterday.

Elvis will always be remembered as the king of rock&roll and Dean will always be the king of cool.😎

Those were the days of pure entertainment, thanks for this wonderful trip down memory lane.

I remember Enge's tv show. I would sit 8 inches from the screen and reach out to put my fingers to his heart. It was hard to even breathe I was so infatuated.... and 51 years later I still am. These videos bring back so much happiness.

Sadly, he, his wife and family contracted Covid. He's doing okay but his wife struggles with Alzheimer's.

I missed this kind of show.

Two of the greatest entertainers to ever live. They just did it all. Comedy, dancing and of course singing. I was a young boy when these variety shows first aired and it saddens me to know nothing like them will ever happen again. I'm just glad I lived it with them.

Dean martin was charming and talented,humperdinck was (and i repeat he still 's)not only a good singer,but of most of mixed raced people he 's beyond gorgeous and he has got a gorgeous voice's timbre when he speaks too. .dom de luise was never a vulgar comedian,and i 'm.glad he and martin had italian.roots

Those were the good old days, man! I loved all these variety shows as a kid but Dean Martin was always the coolest!

These guys were very cool. But Elvis was the King of cool. Could you imagine if he had his own show. He was very funny. But no one knew cause Col Parker kept him locked up.

That's entertainment. They don't create shows like this anymore. Of course Engelberts Show was the best. I wish they would offer the entire series on dvd. These snippets are such a tease. And at 83 years young he is just as appealing talented and desirable as he was here. Stay strong and keep rocking it Engel Baby.💕

Humperdinck is not by favorite singer by a long shot, but I've argued that Humperdinck had the best set of pipes in a pop singer ever. EVER. If I could sing for just one day with any one person's voice, it would be Humperdinck's, or maybe John Gary...

@@ohger1 Absolutely the best voice ever. And he is my favourite since I was 10 yrs old. He was even better on stage! An absolute power house of a voice.3 1/2 octave range and he could hold a note forever ~ seemingly without effort. The BBC called him the premiere voice of the 20th Century. Search for " Engelbert live in the 80's" I think he was his best then. There are a couple of full concerts: One of them. "Live from the Royal Albert Hall." I wish his Broadway performance at the Minskoff (late 70's ) had been recorded. I had a front row seat. The hall is relatively small, he sang many songs without a mic.
